The APPG, in collaboration with International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and Marie Stopes International (MSI) and their partners in Nepal, organised a study tour to Nepal, 19–26 February 2011. The study tour was funded by the European Parliamentary Forum on Population and Development (EPF). The tour aimed to introduce new UK MPs to sexual and reproductive health and rights and international development, and to encourage them to become active members of the APPG. The delegation, led by Baroness Tonge, Chair of the APPG, consisted of two new Conservative MPs, Heather Wheeler MP and David Morris MP.
